What We Believe

At CPK we believe children's best interests are generally served in a safe home environment with their family; immediate and extended family members have a right to be given every opportunity to provide such an environment for their children.

Children, young people and their families have the right to be provided with processes that allow them to make informed and responsible decisions regarding the child's future care. All those affected by any service CPK deliver deserves to feel empowered by our involvement.

We pride ourselves in giving safe, caring and much needed support. So that older and vulnerable people can remain living in their own homes and communities.

We are here for people when things are becoming difficult to do for themselves. We understand that this can be hard to accept. And can be an uncertain time for families.

CPK believe that children and vulnerable adults must be protected from harm at all times. We owe a duty of care to all the children and adults with whom we have contact, and we shall endeavour to safeguard them at all times.

Our safeguards not only protect and promote the welfare of children and adults, but it enhances the confidence of all those with whom we have contact: staff, volunteers, parents, carers and the general public.

Our Ethics

CPK recognise that we are able to have an effect on the environment, through our own activities and our influence over others.

We try to keep the negative effects that our activities have on the environment to a minimum. Our Environmental Policy sets out the ways we work.

In all our business processes we work hard to provide services in a way that achieves social value and generate benefits to society and the economy.
